THE PROBLEM
People aged 30-40 are more likely to face health issues as they get older, making it important for them to stay informed about their well-being.
However, many struggle to keep up with health information due to their busy lives. The large amount of online information can be confusing and hard to trust.
THE PROCESS
Stage 1: Research
Conduct interviews with 6 target users to define the problem.
Create 4 personas and 8 scenarios for 4 different devices.
Develop app taxonomy and identify design goals.
Create paper prototypes for functions identified, exploring 3 different concepts.
Conduct read-aloud usability testing to determine the most successful concept.
Design app branding, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes (for desktop and mobile).
Perform final user testing, including time measurement and difficulty rating feedback.
